SIF already last year, in advance of one year on the expiry, has adapted its system to the new ISO 9001: 2015.
Therefore This year we were able to face the RENEWAL visit by the CSQ, IMQ - Institute of the Quality Mark, with one year of experience and overcoming it with "0" observations, "0" non-conformity and above all receiving the congratulations for having interpreted and fully applied the QUALITY.
In reality SIF thanks to its "QUALITY SYSTEM APPROACH" does not need ISO 9001 to realize its products, in fact no customer requires the certification.
All of this comes from our culture of quality and the decision to use ISO 9001 as an organizational instrument to work, therefore simply transforming what we already did in "QUALITY SYSTEM" and improving our culture through this important management tool.
But the real great result we have achieved is CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, receiving "VERY SATISFIED" evaluation (4 out of 5) both for the quality of the PRODUCT and for the quality of the SERVICE.
